Save the restored PDF — single pages at the original size, ready to read, share or merge with other PDFs.
Standard saddle-stitch 2-up landscape sheets where each sheet shows two pages side by side, interleaved front/back, are supported — the inverse of what the Booklet PDF tool produces.
Yes. Each sheet is cropped into its visible left and right halves, and the halves are re-ordered into the ordinary reading sequence, at the original page size and resolution.
You choose the binding direction. Left binding places the first page on the left of the sheet; right binding places it on the right, as in right-to-left books.
Blank padding is optional. With padding off, blanks are added where needed; with it on, up to three known trailing padding pages are trimmed from the end of the restored result.
Scanned booklets work — pages are cropped as visible images, no OCR. Form widgets, annotations and digital signatures are not restored, and cropping clips the view only; content outside the half is not security-redacted.
No. The restore runs entirely in your browser — no upload, no signup, nothing leaves your device.
Here is what each format is for, and when converting imposed booklets back into ordinary PDFs is the right move.
