Reply times are our targets, not a guarantee. If you do not hear back within the period shown, please write again — genuine messages do occasionally get filtered.
Before you write
Including the following makes a report much faster to act on:
- the exact URL of the page you were on (for example
https://www.toolmink.com/heic-to-jpg/); - your browser and operating system, with version numbers;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- for a wrong result: the input format, and whether the same file fails every time.
Please do not send us the file itself unless we ask. Our tools run in your browser, so we cannot reproduce a problem from your file anyway — and for browser-only tools we would rather not receive it at all.
What happens to what you send us
Messages you send by email reach our mailbox and are seen by the person who handles them. We use them only to answer you and to fix the problem, and we do not add you to any mailing list. OurPrivacy Policy explains how we handle personal data generally, and how to make a formal privacy request.
Copyright notices
If you believe that something on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, email[email protected]. What your notice should contain is set out in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
We handle copyright complaints by email and do not accept paper notices. Email reaches the person who can act on it, and it gives you a dated record of your notice.
Most of our tools process your file entirely in your browser, and the three upload tools (PDF to Word, OCR, Word to PDF) delete their temporary copy when the conversion request finishes. A copyright complaint about this site will in practice be about one of our own pages — our text, our code or our images.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering your files. For browser-only tools we never had your file, so there is no copy to restore. Keep your originals until you have checked the output.
- Converting or repairing a file for you. We do not do custom, one-off conversions — the upload tools only run the fixed conversions described on their pages.
- Ad disputes. Advertising is not enabled on ToolMink today (see our Privacy Policy), so there are no ad placements to dispute. If we enable advertising, ad questions will follow section 7 of our Terms of Service.
- A support phone line. There isn't one — email is the only channel we can answer reliably.
